Q: What is the average cost of 100 invitations? A: We have something for every budget, so this can range for $80.00 to $2000.00, but the average cost would be around $300.00.
Q: How long does it normally take to receive your invitations? A: For invitations that are not printed in-house, it usually takes anywhere from one to two weeks. But, if you are in a rush there are things we can do to get them even faster.
Q: What is thermography printing? A: This type of printing is created by adding resin powder to wet ink, which is heated, and creates a raised surface.
Q: What is engraved printing? A: Engraving, the most traditional method, is a process whereby paper is impressed into lines of ink etched into copper plates. This results in raised, dimensional copy with a distinguishing "buckle" on the back of the paper.
Q: When should I order my wedding invitations? A: 4 to 6 months is suggested to allow time for stuffing and addressing.
Q: How far in advance should I mail my invitations? A: 6 to 8 weeks is the recommended time.
Q: Should I get "Save the Date" cards? A: This is suggested if your wedding is close to a holiday or a weekend that people travel a lot. Also, if you have a lot of out of town people, this will allow them ample time to get hotel reservations and a good deal on airfare.
Q: What if my invitations come back wrong? A: Before we complete your order we will have you look over it and check for correct spellings of information that you have provided us, times, locations, the wording you want, etc. Once you sign that these things are okay, By Invitation Only and the invitation company take responsibility for the printing and deviations from what you have signed off on. If there is a problem cause by us or the invitation company it will be reprinted immediately and shipped overnight at no cost to you.
Q: Do you do special orders? A: We will special order almost any gift or bridal accessory in the store. Sometimes there will be a $5.00 small order charge when ordering one or two items.
